Infosys

Apart from being one of the leader for IT and in the technology sector there are some of the points to consider when investment in Infosys.

1. Software Technology Park of India (STPI) scheme, which gives tax exemption on export revenues was extended for one more year till March 2010.
2. Infosys guidance is at EPS of 94 and I estimate that FY10 would stand upgraded to an EPS of 115.
3. Infosys came up with better than expected results this year.
4. Constant out flow ( Almost $5 Bn ) of FII from India leads to weakening rupee and strong demand USD would lead to sentiments of investors to invest more in technology.
5. Technology being an under-performer for whole of last year.
