According to the experts investors should focus on investing in banking sectors instead of oil , auto and real estate. Due to inflation going on equity markets of India is concentrating more on primary commodity factors this month it is said that there is better scenario than last month.In corporate sectors earning rate has been slow down,but in future this will increase .
Experts advice investors to concentrate on long term investment as market is confusing for short term investments. If we go categorically as per rate sensitive or rate affecting sectors first comes banking, real estate, auto and then oil .
Compared to other sectors banking has better earning growth so experts suggests to focus on investing in banking .In real estate many investors prefer to invest but one has to go through the things like the valuation etc.In auto sector the interest rates are good but right now they are neutral and so presently experts don’t advice investing in auto .
In case of oil or gas though prices are going high, in India it is totally controlled by government and so in India it doesnt affect more with what happens in other part of world. So It will take some time for oil companies to get better rate. Currently it is better not to invest in oil.
