Call me if you need any assistance: 9243252948

      Assalam O Alaikum

      Dear Mr. Abdulla,

we take this opportunity to introduce Profishare Services India Pvt
Ltd. India’s fastest growing Shariah Compliant Wealth Management Firm

we at profishare, inherantly comply with shariah laws to avoid deceptive
and loss making activities occurring in stock markets which are prohibited
      in Islam.

taking cues from the inconvenience caused to investors trying to follow
shariah laws on current complexed investment platforms where
transactions in non permissible companies, derivatives, exposure trading,
short selling etc were allowed, we have solved these issues by introducing

      “INDIA’s 1st SHARIAH COMPLIANT INVESTMENT/TRADING PLATFORM”

This platform automatically restricts investors/traders from non
      Permissible activities through customised software.

Following are the Unmatched advantages of our unique shariah compliant
      investment platform:

1.Automated shariah compliance with negligible human interference
2.inherantly Monitors greed and Arrests fear
3.Restricts permanent losses, capital pilferage and capital erosion
4.Better performance in comparison to conventional benchmark indices
5.clarity on terms & conditions and roles played by the practitioners and
      participants

our advise is purely based on fundamentals backed by one of the best
      research houses in the country.

given a chance we promise to change the way you look at investments
especially in stock markets where wealth creation is not so difficult as
Witnessed, provided we follow the shariah laws strictly.

Hope this brief intro gives you an insight of what we are upto.

As a special case we propose to offer free DMAT accounts to all your
employees with discounted shariah advisory fee.

    Hi Shabbir,
    My ques was dat,
    1) this August i purchased 2 ELSS worth 2000 each.Since we are in the middle of this current year and already 4 months(frm April’10 to July’10) have passed, should i show my 2 ELSS investment only for the remaining 8months i.e till march 2011 for tax rebate?
    2) As u/s 80C the investment is 1lac,,so can i declare the complete 1lac into ELSS Funds?
    3) Can i show a FD of 5laks which is on my spouse’s name as also an investment u/s 80 C?

    Reply
    • Shabbir Bhimani says

      August 14, 2010 at 4:19 pm

Noor Ahmed, yes you can show complete 1 lac as ELSS and when you invest is not important as far as you invest before March 31st of 2011

Second is FD which is not an investment under 80C and so you cannot show that and second is all your investment should be under your name and not in your spouse’s name.

To begin my query with! This is the 1st time i started this August with 2 ELSS (2000/- per month for 3 yrs).I hv to declare Investment in my company for 97000/-. Since Already 4months have passed-
    1) Should i show my 2 ELSS’s only for the remaining 8 months(till march’2011) or can i declare it for this whole Fiscal year ?
    2) If i show these 2 ELSS only for coming 8months, then its totalled to 32000 Rs i.e(2000 *2 * 8months), how can i declare my investment for the remaining 65000/ threshold?
    3) Can i show a FD of 5laks which is on my spouse’s name for the rest of the investment ?

    Thanks in Advance

I did not get your question. You can just make a one more lump sum investment when market corrects and that would mean your investment is what you want it to be.
