Nifty Listed Companies

When I talk with many people and tell them that its time to invest in Nifty / Sensex listed companies they have fairly little idea about which companies are listed and so thought I would list them here for reference.

Here are the 50 companies that forms the part of the NIFTY Index as of January 10 2016. Nifty Index is re-balanced twice a year i.e. on January 31 and July 31 of each year where some companies are replaced by others in the index based on the free float market capitalization.
